Registration Instructions

To Enter:
The Team Captain simply has to enter the Team Name, and his contact information on the form provided on this page. Once you have completed the registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

Receipt of your cheque at race headquarters will secure your registration. A team is considered officially entered when their nonrefundable cheque is received and cashed.

Registration Costs:

The regular registration fee is $1,496.25 including GST. ($95.00 per runner plus 5% GST)

Registration Terms and Conditions

Teams entries for 60 Teams of 15 Runners will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Your team is entered upon the completion of the online entry form, and receipt of the full team entry fee (one cheque per team thanks). Last Minute Entries are allowed until May 15th or until 60 teams have entered. No T-shirts or event meals will be guaranteed for teams entered after April 30th.

A Team Captain is Required:
Each team requires a Team Captain. This will be the main contact between your team and the Banff Jasper Relay Organization. The Captain will pass the race information on to the rest of the team, and ensure that all registration requirements are met.

The Captain's email will be used for all correspondence from the Banff Jasper Relay organization. All runners must be at least 18 years of age as of the date they sign the waiver.Shcolastic Runners must be 16 years of age on Race Day.
